Michael O. Hilton

Mike Hilton started his career in real estate in 1980 working for Harleigh Sandler Realty in Beverly Hills CA. This company was sold to Merrill Lynch and subsequently to Prudential RE. After graduating from USC with a degree in real estate finance, Hilton moved to Daum Commercial Real Estate Services where he worked for 10 years. In 1998 Hilton started Gateway Business Properties on his kitchen table and grew the company to 11 associates with over 250 years combined experience. Today Gateway Businees Properties is one of the most highly regarded boutique commercial/industrial brokerages in Los Angeles County.

With nearly 36 years in the industry Hilton has handled almost every kind of transaction imaginable; sales, leases, sale-leasebacks, JV’s, ground up developement, and investment sales/purchases. Hilton was responsible for the largest investment co-op transaction for the American Industrial Real Estate Association one year as well as the largest office lease in another year. Mike has represented Fortune 500 companies, mid sized regional companies and small entreprenurial companies throughtout his career.
