Jim Sullivan

Jim began his commercial real estate career in 1983. Over the past 36 years he has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers from the ranks of local, privately owned companies to well known national and international conglomerates. He was a partner and served as development manager for a 60,000 square foot multi-tenant air freight project adjacent to LAX.

He is a Past President of AIR CRE and has been a member of the Board of Directors for more than 25 years. He has served as co-chair of the Ethics and Arbitration Committee for more than 10 years.

Jim has worked with many of his clients for decades, confirming his commitment to the highest standards of client service. He operates with integrity and an unwavering focus on what’s best for clients.

He joined Gateway Business Properties in early 2019 after ten years with DAUM and 22 years with The Klabin Company.
